Welcome to Grain Valley Schools! Families enrolling new student(s) in Grain Valley Schools will start the process online beginning July 23rd, 2024. 

Step 1

The first step for new families is to click "New Student Enrollment" below to begin the enrollment process online. This applies for kindergarten enrollment as well.

When you visit the link above, you will start by creating an account. Follow the directions to complete the online enrollment.

Step 2

After you complete the online enrollment, a school representative will reach out to you.  If you enroll a new student during the summer, it may be early in August before our staff responds. 

Step 3

Please be prepared to provide the following documents to secure your student's enrollment:

• Parent/Guardian ID (driver license, passport or REAL ID card)

• Certified Birth Certificate (one with state seal)

• Immunization Records

• Proof of Residency must include parent/guardian name and address printed on the paperwork (water, electric, or gas bill)

To attend Grain Valley Schools, a child must live with a parent or legal guardian* within the attendance area for that school. Click below to find the schools assigned to your address:

**A Grain Valley High School student's address must fall anywhere within the Grain Valley Schools boundaries on  the boundary maps.
