
Mr. Dom Giangrosso has been named as a new assistant principal of Grain Valley High School beginning with the 2022-2023 school year. He is currently a Social Studies teacher and varsity football coach at Grain Valley High School and has been in this role for the past 9 years. He has 11 years of experience overall as a teacher and a coach.
Mr. Giangrosso earned a Bachelors degree from Missouri Valley College and a Masters degree from the University of Central Missouri.
Grain Valley principal, Dr. Jeremy Plowman, is enthusiastic about Mr. Giangrosso taking on the role of assistant principal. “Mr. Giangrosso is a great addition to our administration team. He comes to us with great relationships with our students and staff that will allow us to continue to create a positive culture in our building.”
Mr. Giangrosso takes the role vacated with the announced retirement of Mike Tarrants after this school year.
